Their podcast is called BUSY PHILIPPS IS DOING HER BEST. They are HUGE friends of our pod and in real life (or IRL, if you must). Caissie and Busy are the reason we started WEEKEND WATER. After the fun we saw being had over on their BEAR ON A WIRE substack, we just HAD to get up into that same kinda trouble TONIGHT, too!
They did a live podcast show in San Francisco this month and PFT was their interview guest. It was such a joyous time.

The theme was to come dressed in sequins. PFT wore a sequined vest under his suit jacket that he “revealed” when he came on the stage. It caused amusement gasps!
Caissie and Busy are really terrific women who inspire me by being authentic and thoughtful and unafraid to get things going in our shared industry of entertainment. Which is, at times, a challenging industry to feel welcomed in (I mean, even nepo babes receive public floggings!) Successful women in show business propping up other women trying to ALSO make it in cutthroat show business? Sign me up (oh, wait, I’m already signed up)!

Oh my goodness, I had SO MUCH FUN doing this show with PFT & JHT there. And not because I had taken a teeny bit of mushrooms earlier in the day. I love you both so much, I wish we could hang out backstage somewhere every single night. And you look perfect in that merch!!! Have you ever thought of becoming a merch model?
You all look amazing, obv. But my gosh, Busy’s jumpsuit for the show is🌟STUNNING🌟
