The NEW place to connect
Just published my first note on Substack Notes, and we’d love for you to join us there! Granted, it’s not exactly a significant piece of content I sent out for a test run, but I sure laughed while turning El0n Musty into that popular meme from the upcoming BARBIE movie!
Kind of appropriate, since some are predicting “Notes” will be a “twitter killer.” All I know is it’s no longer very nice over on the bird site, but it’s a little more interesting over here on substack! I’d tweet about it, but the owner of Twitter is not allowing substack posts anymore, so bye bye birdie, I guess, hello 📝
Notes is a new space on Substack for us to share links, short posts, quotes, photos, and more. I plan to use it for things that don’t fit in the newsletter, like work-in-progress or quick questions.
How to join
Head to substack.com/notes or find the “Notes” tab in the Substack app. As a subscriber to Weekend Water with Paul F. Tompkins & Janie Haddad Tompkins, you’ll automatically see my notes. Feel free to like, reply, or share them around!
You can also share notes of your own. I hope this becomes a space where every reader of Weekend Water with Paul F. Tompkins & Janie Haddad Tompkins can share thoughts, ideas, and interesting quotes from the things we're reading on Substack and beyond.
